Since its inception, abysstrading.com has had a few rules that we follow. These rules are being re-posted for your convenience. Please read and understand that abysstrading.net staff will enforce them.
Abysstrading.com acceptable use policy.
Abysstrading.com is a family-friendly web site and, as such, we expect a certain level of civility from our members, moderators, and administrators.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this forum. By using this forum, you are claiming to be at least 13 years old or older. This is important due to C.O.P.P.A. regulations. Abysstrading.com works on the three-strike rule. On the first two offenses, you are issued a warning; on the third offense, you are banned from the site. If an offense is deemed great enough by Administration, you may be banned after one or two offenses.
If you received a temporary account suspension and create an additional account while suspended, all of your accounts will be permanently banned. This includes sharing accounts with other members who are already banned.

Images / Media
You may not link to or display any media,Avatars, signatures, banners,websites and videos containing sexually explicit material, gross violence, that is determined by our staff to be detrimental to the community Rule #1 applies here.
Signatures shall not exceed 500 pixels in width or 300 pixels in height or have a file size larger than 100k. This ensures that the forums load quickly for all users and that no side scrolling occurs.
No discussion or advertisement of third party hacks, private servers, dupe bugs, serialz, warez, pornography, or mp3s and where to get such is not allowed in the forums; i.e. if it is illegal or violates intellectual property rights, do not talk about it.

Personal Information
ALL members are entitled to privacy. You must edit out any personal information such as a Full Name, phone number, address. Posting personal information other then AIM, email address and MT name is not allowed. Failure to do this will result in your post being edited or possibly removed. Businesses may add their business name, address and phone number or other contact information .
* You may not buy sell or trade real word Identification Cards . We do not allow any information or images to be posted bought, sold or traded that could be used for identity theft.
*30--90--180 day Game-time codes are not allowed to be sold on these forums.

Plagiarism & Copy infringement

Do not spam!
This includes any advertisements or posting in multiple forums with the same message.
You should not have more than 5 active business threads open on the first page at one time.
Post bumping: Bump spamming is not allowed. There must be at least 6 hours between your post/last bump before you bump again.
Cross-Posting is not allowed here. Cross-posting refers to posting new duplicate threads or posts, or the linking to threads or posts already started by the member with the intention of gaining exposure.

Improper placement of messages
For instance FS/FT messages do not belong in the Lounge. Scammer message do not belong in the trade forums.
Multiple accounts are not allowed. We reserve the right to close any dual account(s) without warning . If you should regret making a display-name and you would like it changed please see the Display Name Change option here.
Please ensure that the display name you are requesting is not already in use and allow 24 hours for changes to take effect.

Account renting is strictly forbidden at Malevolenttrading.com .Anyone advertising account rental services will have their account suspended and posts removed. Anyone found soliciting for account rentals will have their post removed and will receive an account warning .

Leveling services
All Leveling Providers that advertise their services on Malevolenttrading.com must be verified.
Be very clear about which practices , hand-leveling, gliding, botting etc are acceptable to you and which are not. Be sure to read invoices prior to agreeing to them . Ensure that a date range is set in which you want your order started and finished and all parties agree.Be clear about what is going to happen if something goes wrong.
For example ,what will happen if your Power-level order cannot be started and /or finished in the time that was agreed upon ? What will happen if your account gets banned make sure you know what exactly you can expect concerning a refund .Be sure you have everything in writing showing where you and your leveler agree to terms.

Scammers
They don't tell you they are. Most of them can act very nice until they got what they wanted.
We do not ban scammers because they do come back under a different IP/proxy and a new user-name and many people will be scammed again before he/she establishes enough bad ratings that people refuse to engage into any type of business with them.
However there are times where we do feel that it is the best interest of our website to suspend a user account permanently.
If you have been scammed please leave the appropriate TW Rating on the user.
Make a post in the Scammer Forum . In the subject line include their MT-Name and AIM. Include proof in your report such as screenshots /chat-logs / pay-pal / WU transaction receipts etc.
IP's/Information will only be released to Law- Enforcement.

Banned users will display with a pink name and the words banned or scammer attached to their user-name.

Rating & Feedback System
Ratings are for transactions only. You may not compensate anyone for any review or recommendation. Companies that are Trust-Who verified cannot give their employees ratings , and the employees cannot give the company ratings unless an actual transaction has occurred. Companies can only have ratings given to one account and not multiple accounts after a transaction by a customer. Disregarding these rules may lead to account suspension and/or having your Trust-Who verification status revoked. You may NOT post feedback on behave of any user. Doing so puts your own TW status at risk and may cause a permanent account suspension . Grief ratings are not permitted .
We do recommend that you do a search of the User-name and AIM for your own protection. Ratings are intended as additional information for you, but are not intended to be the sole information that you should base your decision on .
Take a look at the left side under the persons. You'll see Positive Neutral and Negative ratings.
Each one of those numbers is backed up by a comment explaining why the rating was left. If the person has several negative ratings that shows you that a lot of people were not satisfied with the transaction that took place and why. People that have several positive ratings have done good transactions and have satisfied customers .Sometimes we see a person with several positive ratings and 1 negative.
That does not necessarily mean that person is a scammer but it shows you that something went very wrong during that particular transaction and the situation was not resolved in a timely manner. ( 10 days or less)
If that transaction would have been resolved that negative should be changed to a neutral rating stating : “Yes there were difficulties with …. but those issues have now been resolved.
Sadly it is impossible to make everyone happy all the time and that is to be expected .
Our Staff has NO CONTROL over what people say in your rating and they will NOT remove a rating because you don't like it !
